Furthermore, the website traffic of the CpE Certification Exam on this website keeps on going up since the news has been revealed. This phenomenon only means that the Computer Engineering professionals and students are waiting for this milestone and momentous event of the organization.
ICpEP 8th Virtual National Convention
This year, the NatCon, with the theme: “VISION 2020: An Eye Towards Technical Rebooting to Global Competitive Advantage through Professional Certification in the New Normal” was headed by PCpE, Engr. Gina S. Tumang, President of ICpEP Region 3. The 3-day seminar was full of wisdom coming from experts and professionals from various computer engineering fields and specialization. Moreover, there were lots of surprises. Gifts and awards were also given to all lucky raffle winners.
The Main Event
The most-awaited day of the 8th ICpEP NatCon was its 3rd day, since it was the Awarding of Certificates of Recognition to Lifetime Members which was led by our National President, PCpE, Dr. Desiderio R. Apag III. (I will be a Lifetime Member of ICpEP Next Year, and I’m excited about it.)
Additionally, the establishment of ICpEP Oman Chapter and ICpEP BARMM Chapter were recognized.
Finally, the Computer Engineering Certification Board (CPECB), Grandfather Rule, Certified Computer Engineer (CCpE) and Professional Computer Engineer (PCpE) was discussed by the CPECB Chairman PCpE, Engr. Noel Linsangan.
