Since the establishment of Palayan City Business Hub, travelers from other towns start to flock in Palayan City. It is also observed that many people are not still aware of where and how to get there. Our friends from different areas in Nueva Ecija and nearby provinces continue to ask for travel guidelines on how to get there from Cabanatuan City Terminal.

Palayan City Business Hub houses different government offices which allows its clients to quickly release pertinent documents from the government. Instead of traveling to Pampanga, the Palayan City Business Hub in Palayan City can give you your documents fast. Government offices in the hub are POEA, OWWA, BIR, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth, TIEZA, DFA, Bureau of Immigration, SSS, TESDA, PRC, NBI, PSA, Bayad Center, 2Go Express, DOLE, TESDA, DICT and OWWA.  

There are many entry points going to the Palayan City Business Hub, for this travel guideline, we will be focusing the travel from Cabanatuan City Terminal and some pick-up points in Cabanatuan City.

Cabanatuan City Terminal to Palayan City Business Hub

  • Ride PAJODA Public Utility Jeeps (PUJs). PAJODA Jeeps are mainly residing in Palayan City so better to look for their station in Cabanatuan City terminal. They are 100% sure where to drop you off when going to Palayan City.
  • Fare is 30 pesos for single passenger. Students & Senior Citizen discounted fare is 27 pesos. (As of this December 2019)
  • Travel time is around 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on traffic congestion and other matters.
  • Landmarks:
    • Palayan City Tri-Park, you are 12 minutes away to Palayan City Business Hub
    • Nueva Ecija Capitol, you are 8 minutes away to Palayan City Business Hub
    • Palayan City Hall Building you are 5 minutes away to Palayan City Business Hub
  • You may request the driver to drop you off at Palayan City Business Hub, however, it may cost you additional fare.
  • Usually, you will be dropped off at the front of Palayan City Hall building. Then, tricycle awaits you there and you can ride one. Fare is 20 pesos only for single passenger.
  • I recommend you to walk the distance. It is 500 meters away; it’ll be 5-8 minutes of walk from the place where you were dropped off.

Walter Mart to Palayan City Business Hub

  • Ride PAJODA Public Utility Jeeps (PUJs). PAJODA Jeeps are mainly residing in Palayan City so better to look for their area in Cabanatuan City terminal. They are 100% sure where to drop you off when going to Palayan City.

    • Palayan City Hall Building you are 5 minutes away to Palayan City Business Hub

There two (2) common PUJs where you can ride to go to Palayan City Business Hub, BOJODA and PAJODA. It is up to you which one to choose. If you are 1st time travelling to Palayan City, I suggest to ride PAJODA, however, it’ll take time to find PAJODA jeeps.

If you want to ride as quick as possible, then ride BOJODA jeeps which stations at WALTER MART Cabanatuan City. Just make sure to clarify your destination, that you are going to Palayan City Business Hub.

In addition, if you are riding your own car and coming from the municipality of Sta. Rosa and San Leonardo, you can traverse the Vergara Highway so as not to face the busy roads of Cabanatuan City.

Moreover, if you are coming from the northern parts of Nueva Ecija like Bongabon, Laur, Gabaldon, your landmark will also be the Palayan City Hall Building.
